Returns and exchanges during the Beta testing phase:
Thank you for becoming one of our treasured beta testers for RestAngles! We are excited to be offering this clever solution to you and we look forward to hearing from you regarding your opinion about RestAngles. The opportunity to test drive a pre-launched product doesn’t come along very often and we thank you for spending some of your time to participate in our journey to bring RestAngles to market!
We are a very small start up company based in Cooper Landing, Alaska and we really appreciate your participation in our beta testing phase from wherever in the United States you are located.
We hope you understand that our product is not 100% finished and therefore (it is roughly 80 - 90 % complete), we are offering RestAngles at no charge to you for the purpose of Beta Testing! We do hope that you recognize that being a beta tester includes using the product to report on both the good and bad aspects of RestAngles with your input to our online survey.
If you have changed your mind about ordering RestAngles or becoming a beta tester, you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment from our headquarters.
Returns and Exchanges:
We would really like for you to use your RestAngles beta testing unit and give us your honest opinion in our online survey. However, in the unlikely event that you change your mind about being one of our treasured beta testers after it has been shipped to you, we can help you.
We hope that you seriously considered the size RestAngles unit you chose to test during beta testing as we ordered our inventory based on your pre-order choices. However, in the unlikely event that you change your mind about the size you ordered, we can exchange it for another size.
Please initiate both the Return and Exchange process by emailing Returns@RestAngles.com.
You have 30 calendar days to return your item or an exchange from the date you received it (the date reflected on the usps.com website for package tracking).
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your unit MUST be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. Your item MUST be returned in the original packaging (the bag and the box).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us in both the Return and Exchange scenarios. Please use the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once we receive your unit, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange and send your new requested item to you at no additional charge. We use services via the USPS for all shipments of RestAngles.
Please allow 4 to 6 week for this process.

Shipping Parameters for Beta Testing Period:
RestAngles, LLC will strive to use sustainable packaging whenever it is possible to do so.
Our definition of sustainable packaging is to use items that have more than one use and/or can be used many multiples of time and/or is made from recycled materials and/or can be recycled and/or are made from sustainable materials.
We are designing a bag that will act as the inner product packaging, act as a trusty tote to carry RestAngles around in, and act as a soft cushion to rest bare or socked feet on when placed on top of your RestAngles unit. We are planning to use 100% sustainable cotton material (Duck or Bull Denim) and nettled cotton batting, all Made in the USA.
We are planning to use a cardboard box that will act as the packaging/product box as well as a shipping box, cutting down on the waste that comes with shipping a perfectly good box inside of another perfectly good box for the sole purpose of shipping.
We ship exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS) first class mail which will include a tracking number for your shipment. Once your order has shipped, we will immediately contact you with the information you need.
Shipping is free during the Beta Testing Period. The exception: Returns and Exchanges, please see our policy regarding those transactions here (include link).
Please allow 5 - 7 business days for your order to arrive once you receive your tracking number from us.
Our beta testing phase is for participants with a shipping address in the United States only.
We are aware that many people would like to receive their orders with faster methods of shipping and therefore, we will be exploring additional shipping avenues for the future.
