Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I am having a hard time getting the tabs into the slots when assembling my RestAngles. Why?

A: When your RestAngles is new, it might be a little difficult to get the tabs into the slots to hear the click. This is the case with new plastic parts. As you use your RestAngles, it will become easier to assemble.

Q: Why does RestAngles bend in the center when I put my feet on it?

A: While you may use your RestAngles by placing your feet in the center of the top surface, you may notice some flex there. Dynamic movement may be beneficial while being static.

However, RestAngles was designed to accommodate your feet being placed near the edges. It is our recommendation that you follow the Instructions of Use so that there is a space between your feet. This space will in turn help your knees to slightly relax to the side so your hips are in a comfortable position.

Q: Does RestAngles conform to California Prop 65?

A: All RestAngles products have been tested per California Proposition 65. RestAngles poses no significant risk of cancer and is significantly below levels observed to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Q: How much weight can RestAngles hold?

A: When using the RestAngles footrest as intended:

In the 4” platform position, the 7” side position and wedge configurations, RestAngles’s weight capacity is 110 pounds (49.9 kilograms).

Q: What does field testing mean?

A: Field testing means that you are using your RestAngles and thinking about how it works for you and/or how it could be better. RestAngles is new to the marketplace and we would love to have your thoughts about anything RestAngles. Your opinion matters and will help us improve for the next production order we make.
