Returns
Your RestAngles loves you and we hope that you will love it back but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from your original order date to make a return.
Important * If you purchased RestAngles from a retail store, please follow their returns policy instead of these instructions.
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We are unable to accept returns on merchandise damaged by the customer.
To return your items, please follow these steps:

You must email us with your intent to return your purchase at Returns@RestAngles.com to start the return process. Items returned without communicating with us first will not be accepted. Please remember to type “RETURN” in the Subject Line.

Repackage your products. Your return needs to include your RestAngles footrest, all accessories, instructions and proof of purchase.

We will respond to your email with information about the returns process. If the return parameters stated on this page are met, we will email a return mailing label.

Print out the label and affix it to your package.

Drop package off at your nearest post office.
Return Shipping
United States
Free return shipping is available for eligible returns within the United States. Please read the Return Policy above.
To obtain a prepaid return shipping label, please email us at Returns@RestAngles.com to start the return process.
Return shipping labels will be issued for returns originating within the United States and will be processed through USPS (United States Postal Service).
Canada
Customers returning products from Canada are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges associated with returning merchandise to RestAngles LLC.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as RestAngles LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
You will receive an email when we have received and inspected your return. If your return has met all of the requirements listed above and is approved, a refund will be issued in the form of a credit to your original payment method. Please allow 14 days from the date we receive your return for this process. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
For international returns, any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, return shipping costs, or other import/export charges incurred are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
Limited Warranty
Your compact size RestAngles footrest unit comes with a 120-day limited warranty (“Warranty”) against defects in materials and workmanship caused by normal use. If your RestAngles footrest becomes defective during normal use within 120 days from the date of purchase and not for any other reason, RestAngles will send you a replacement item or an item of equal or better value without charge. This Warranty does not cover defects caused by ordinary wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accident, repairs made by you or a third party, or any other external cause. This Warranty does not cover stolen products.
To the extent permitted by law, this Warranty replaces all other warranties, whether oral, written, statutory, express or implied. RestAngles, LLC disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects, to the extent permitted by law.
By using your compact size RestAngles footrest, you are agreeing to the terms of this 120—day limited warranty (“Warranty”). If you do not agree with the terms of this Warranty, do not use the product and return it to us within the 60-day return period as stated above. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state. To begin the Warranty process or ask questions about the Warranty, Please email Warranty@RestAngles.com and remember to type “WARRANTY” in the Subject Line.
