Shipping Policy

United States

Orders are shipped from our headquarters in Alaska via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

A flat shipping rate of $10.00 applies to orders shipped within the United States. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $60.00 or more (after discounts and before sales tax) qualify for free USPS Priority Mail shipping. Eligible orders will automatically receive the shipping discount at checkout.

Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days; however, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We ship throughout the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses when accepted by USPS. Please allow additional transit time for APO/FPO/DPO destinations and orders placed during holiday periods. 

Canada

As of June 20, 2026, we are pleased to offer shipping to Canada.

Canadian orders are shipped from Alaska, United States. Flat rate delivery and free shipping offer does not apply to Canadian orders. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier transit times.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by Canadian customs authorities or the carrier. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges collected at checkout.

RestAngles LLC has no control over customs processing times or fees and cannot predict whether additional charges will be applied to a shipment.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees, any return shipping costs and fees incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Additional Information

Shipping promotions are not valid on prior purchases and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, RestAngles LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

A NOTE ABOUT OUR PACKAGING MATERIALS:

At RestAngles, we are determined to use sustainable packaging whenever possible.

For orders consisting of one RestAngles unit, the mailers we use are made from recycled plastics, giving plastics already in circulation a second life. These mailers have a second adhesive strip so that the mailer can be reused once more, and once it has served its purpose, please recycle it where soft plastics are accepted.

We will use USPS flat rate products or recycle other cardboard boxes for any order larger than one unit while we discover additional types of sustainable packaging. 

Each Alpine Gray RestAngles unit will include a reusable cross body tote bag made from rPET, recycled polyethylene terephthalate. PET is used in plastic bottles and similar products and when recycled becomes rPET fabric. A second life for single use plastics, heck yeah!

Each Polar Twilight Blue RestAngles unit will include an eco-friendly reusable and recyclable paperboard mini attaché case. 

We sometimes recycle packaging material that has been sent to us in a shipment. We sometimes recycle newspaper pages to stuff larger packages as well. We promise not put any other unnecessary packaging filler fluff in your shipment to mail it to you.
